Bear Creek Storage Operators is Clayton McMillan, doing business as Bear Creek Partners LLC. The work is operating self-storage for people who already own the buildings.

Clayton comes out of construction and operations — the kind of background that cares whether a gate works, a unit is actually rentable, and a vendor shows up. The practice is built to run facilities, not to look like a national brand.

He is building this as a third-party operator first: get paid to run sites, learn the business from the operator seat, and do the job well for owners who want out of day-to-day. Owning a facility himself is a later chapter, not a claim on this site.
